Modern Remodel; Hood River, OR

A ranch style residence was given a modern update and needed landscaping to match. Much of the old landscaping was removed and new retaining walls were an important part of the design. Outdoor spaces were given a modern layout which was then softened slightly by using stone for the retaining walls. Plant beds incorporate some architectural grasses while blurring hardscape edges with additional plantings in a more natural style.
